Snowshoeing will allow you to enjoy the mountain in a leisurely way, enjoying the landscapes with all five senses.
Snowshoeing is a technically simple activity and accessible to people with various levels of fitness or learning and is therefore very attractive for families with children or to enjoy with groups of friends.
Signposted itineraries in the area of the resort:
- Orri Itinerary: Circular route (2,000 m). Start from the Parc Lúdic and route by the green tracks of the beginners’ area. Short, family-friendly route to get started and get acquainted with snowshoes, ideal for young children. Route 800m approx.
- Picardy Itinerary: A route that starts from the Parc Lúdic, runs along a blue track through the Clots area, skirting the Barranc dels Estanyets until it reaches an altitude of 2,100 m. Once there, where the Bassa chairlift arrives, the route goes down the side from the Obaga track until reaching the 2,000 level again. Route 3,500m approx.
- Creu de l'Eixol Itinerary: Ideal route to enjoy one of the best views of the resort, from the highest point of the Picardy route at 2,100 m. It goes up the path that reaches the Creu de l'Eixol at an altitude of 2,200 m where you can see the adjacent valley of Escart with the Feliu hut in the foreground and spectacular views of the most axial Pyrenees with the Pica d'Estats (3,143 m).
